Raydiant Splendor's ambition is to dismantle imbalanced social systems by creating resources and opportunities for historically excluded communities that support sustainable access and equitable growth long-term.
One way they do that is through the "Raydiant Awards" which are an annual award show that acknowledges and celebrates the achievements of individuals from historically excluded groups throughout the Chicagoland area.
I joined Raydiant Splendor in 2021 as a Creative Producer, I play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the creative aspects of various projects. In 2022 I joined as a Graphic Designer & Creative Producer, where I contributed in Design and Media. My responsibilities encompassed planning, executing, and delivering exceptional creative content.
Responsibilities:
Project management: Oversaw and managed the creative aspects of projects, ensuring successful execution within timelines and budgets.
Concept development: Collaborated with team members and clients to generate innovative ideas and concepts that aligned with project objectives.
Artistic direction: Provided guidance and direction to achieve the desired vision and message, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
Production coordination: Planned and coordinated all stages of production, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring seamless workflow.
Key Achievement:
Produced and edited the main video for the winner of an award show, delivering a high-quality and impactful video that exceeded expectations.
Additional Contributions:
Assisted in photoshoots, collaborating with photographers and providing creative input to enhance visual aesthetics.
Managed camera, audio, and lighting during interviews, ensuring optimal recording quality and technical setup.
Conducted color correction and balancing for videos, creating a cohesive and visually appealing look.
