Amelia is a content development tool powered by AI, designed to support social media content creation for federal agencies. The goal was to design a platform that felt intuitive and familiar, drawing inspiration from existing mainstream tools to reduce user onboarding time and cognitive load. Amelia was developed with the unique compliance, accessibility, and privacy considerations of federal entities in mind.
Opportunity
Federal agencies needed a secure and compliant AI-powered solution to streamline content generation for social media, without introducing complex or unfamiliar interfaces. Existing tools were not tailored for the public sector’s unique constraints. Amelia's a tool that mirrors common user patterns in mainstream content platforms while aligning with federal usability and security standards.

Conducted a comparative analysis of commercial AI content tools to identify common UI patterns and usability strengths
Wireframes
